Spiritual direction is meeting with an experienced director to reflect on how you are being attentive to your spiritual journey- seeking out the presence of God’s Spirit in your life.  

 

It isn’t really about being “directed,” but instead is about having someone offer spiritual guidance, wisdom, mentoring, or companionship.

The Spiritual Director walks with people in all seasons of their lives, listening to their personal stories and how God is uniquely calling us to live in the world.

​

Through person to person encounter and through guidance and prayer, a Spiritual Director is someone who will invite you to awaken to that which is most sacred to you.
